Help! I paid for the subscription but don't have access to the site!

No worries! We verify each subscriber to help keep the site safe and secure. This also helps us protect your information. If you don’t have access right away, feel free to email us at hello@joinlizz.com, and we will get you verified right away. 

Why do I have to register to access the graphics?

Our website was once an open site with out registration, but we had many graphics deleted and moved which really caused havoc on the website. We had a full nail bar disapear, so now we monitor who is accessing the graphics so we can have a better understanding if there are any changes to the website and how that happened. We do not share your information with anyone. It is only to help us maintain the website.

Why do you charge for access to the full website?

Initally the site was free, but with the increase in graphics and the amount of time and money it takes to maintain the site, we decided there needed to be a small fee. We are not getting rich off of this site, but rather just trying to help stylists in their business, with branding and professional graphics, easily searchable and accessable so they can focus more on promoting their business instead of searching all over different facebook groups for graphics. 

What payment methods do you take?

Currently we only take payment through stripe. This method is very secure and keeps both you and the website safe with online transactions. I am very big on security and personal information.

I want to cancel my subscription?

If you want to cancel your subscription, you are free to do so after the 6 month contact period. We need to ensuree that people are not just signing up, grabing what they need and cancelling. As always, feel free to reach out to us to discuss any concerns you have and we can work something out. 

Why don't I see the Color Street Logo on any of the designs

Per Color Street P&P, we are not allowed to do so unless it is with corporate approved fonts. As a former stylist, I can not put the logo on my designs publicly. If you need a logo added to something, just reach out to me at hello@joinlizz.com and we can make it for you.
